INGREDIENTS

-1 Onion
-1 Potato
-1 Carrot
-1 Tomato or Couple Spoons of Tomato Paste.
-1 Cup of Mung Beans (You can find it at Whole Foods or any Asian/International Markets)
-1/2 Cup of Rice Spices as desired.

-Meat as desired (Pari will prepare the vegan version)
