WHAT WE DO

ONE-YEAR PROGRAM

Two-Way Women’s Mentorship Initiative

The International Mentoring program pairs talented international women who have relocated to St. Louis for work, post-graduate studies, or with their partners, with like-minded local women who serve as mentors. This personalized, two-way partnership makes international mentees feel at home in St. Louis, while both mentors and mentees gain cultural awareness and build lasting friendships.

Multifaceted Mentorship Opportunities

In addition to one-on-one mentoring, each mentor/mentee pair becomes a member of a cohort that includes five mentors, five mentees and two leaders. Activities include networking, clubs, cultural, social and professional events. These opportunities aim to foster a stronger international community in St. Louis.
