Japanese Dumplings
INGREDIENTS
1 Packet Gyoza Wrappers
1 Lb Ground Pork
1 Lb Nappa Cabbage or Cabbage Minced
Sprinkle Salt (used to dehydrate & squeeze the water out)
Some Shiitake Mushrooms Minced
GROUND PORK SEASONINGS
1 Tsp Sake
1 Tsp Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Sesame Oil
¼ Tsp Sea Salt
1 Inch Ginger Minced
1 Clove Garlic Minced
DIPPING SOUCE
1 Tbsp (brown) rice vinegar
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce or more
Optional Japanese Hot Oil Rayu
