INGREDIENTS

-2 Sweet Peppers
-200-300g Minced Pork 
-3 Eggs (2 eggs will be used for the dish & 1 egg will be used for the fried rice).  
-Rice (for one-two people)
-100g Green Bean 
-Soy Sauce 
-Chopped Garlic

Optional: Onion, Mushroom, and Carrot
